Time to create the Self Portraits!
Students began working on their own self-portrait several days ago. We have worked in our sketchbooks to create the nose, mouth and eyes. I like the way they are using their knowledge of drawing with their new knowledge of using acrylic paint to paint their own portrait. Can't wait to see how they turn out!

Our Principal Stops by to Paint!
Progress on our Leader in Me Murals continue each day! Today our Principal, Mr. Daryl Woods stopped by and he got to paint the Math book on the Mural for "Begin With the End in Mind". A student, Molly joined in working on the Science Book.
